This is our personal all-time favourite!... A triple layer of moist deep red vanilla sponge with a light taste of chocolate, finished perfectly with the most delicious smooth cream cheese frosting.

CARROT CAKE

A mix of freshly grated carrot and walnuts, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, creates a moist sponge full of flavour. We then top it with a scrumptious cream cheese frosting, decorated with chopped walnuts and very lightly dusted with the mix of spices.
